MEET THE
DOCTOR
Welcome to Ozark Concierge Clinic! I'm Dr. William Rogers, and I'm excited to be your physician.
Let me take a moment to share a little bit about myself, my journey, and why I'm passionate about providing personalized care for you.

About Me
I'm a lifelong Arkansan, born in Little Rock and raised in Hot Springs. In 2001, I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. degree in Biology. After spending 8 years working as a medical technician, I made the decision to follow my passion and become a physician. In 2015, I graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) School of Medicine and completed my residency in Family Medicine at UAMS-Northwest in 2018.
Most recently, I had the privilege of working as a primary care physician in Springdale, Arkansas, where I had the honor of getting to know many incredible patients who trusted me with their medical care. I formed meaningful relationships with my patients, and it was deeply rewarding to be both their physician and their friend.
Family and Personal Life
I am a proud father of two amazing children, who are my greatest motivation in life. They inspire me daily to lead a healthy lifestyle and remind me of the importance of balancing personal health with a fulfilling life. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, exercising, enjoying the outdoors, and attending Razorback sporting events.
Faith is also an integral part of my life. I strive to honor God in all that I do, and I firmly believe in serving others with compassion and care.

My Philosophy on Medicine
At Ozark Concierge Clinic, our mission is to offer both physical and spiritual care, always respecting the unique needs of each patient. As Matthew 6:21 reminds us, "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Our heart is to serve the people of Northwest Arkansas, and we believe the true treasure lies in providing care that is both comprehensive and compassionate.
Over the past 11 years of practicing medicine, I have learned that each patient is unique. Many times, patients come to me at their lowest or most vulnerable moment, and I strive to meet those needs with respect and empathy. I've come to understand that the traditional healthcare system—where time is limited and patients are seen in large volumes—often hinders the patient-physician relationship and leads to burnout for both patients and healthcare professionals.
This is where concierge medicine shines. By focusing on a lower volume of patients, I can dedicate more time and attention to each individual. This approach allows me to offer personalized care, providing services like 24/7 access via phone, text, or video visits, as well as same-day or next-day appointments. Think of it as having a trusted friend available whenever you need help.
